The master's degree in International Business at the Munich Business School is a post-graduate economic program which rises to the challenge. The program is offered in English (English Track) or English+German (Bilingual Track).

After 18 months the FIBAA (Foundation for International Business Administration Accreditation) accredited program results in an internationally recognized Master of Arts in International Business awarded by Munich Business School. It offers numerous advantages and options to aid you in later gaining an excellent position in the market.

Two Birds with one Stone - Dual Degrees at MBS

The cooperation between Munich Business School and renowned international universities (in the USA, UK, Australia, France and Taiwan) provides MBS students with the opportunity to earn two different master's degrees within 24 months. The general structure of the dual degree programs is two semesters at MBS plus two semesters at the partner institution, followed by the master's thesis.

Application Procedure

Main requirement for admission to the Master Program International Business at MBS is an academic degree in business from an accredited university (Bachelor Degree or equivalent). The program must consist of at least 50% business-related courses. Alternative: Successful completion of MBS' Pre-Master Program, which runs from May to August (3 months).

The two-step application process for the Master program International Business at MBS contains a written online application and a personal interview. Only a limited number of applicants is invited to a personal interview. Applicants should submit their application via the MBS Online Application Tool and provide the following mandatory documents:

  • Résumé/CV
  • Copies of your graduation certificates* and/or current university transcripts*

You may also upload the following additional documents:

  • recent photo of yourself (professional, in color with bright background)
  • Copy of the school leaving certificate (e.g., Highschool Diploma, IB, Abitur)*
  • Proof of English language proficiency (TOEFL, IELTS or ELS)
  • Reference letters (if available)
  • Scholarship application (statement of 1-2 pages)
