    Hi there,

I have 3 yrs of experience and I m considering Escp masters in strategy and consulting mgmt. as an option as it requires 3 yrs experience n MBA costs too high n I might b not able to afford it right now.

Could you please guide me through the authenticity of the program , career and placement prospects or some other good options(b schools) that I can go for??

      Hi there,

the best way to find out the career prospects is by (1) screening the website intensively for career statistics, (2) by contacting the school directly (admissions managers) and asking them about their placement statistics, and (3) by asking them to bring you in contact with graduates from last year (who can tell you about their subjective impression and observation.

      Your lead questions should be:

      • How many percent found a job within 3 months of graduation?
      • In which country and industry did they find a job?
      • Which employers?
      • How much experience do they have with placing people of your nationality?

Keep in mind, however, that a business school is not responsible for placing you in firms - they just support you. The main responsibility to assess your chances, develop opportunities, and build contacts to employers is o the student side. Hence, a good idea may be that you approach your favorite employers or some employers from your favorite industry by yourself BEFORE you start a program.

You can ask them in general about their entry paths and how good your chances are right now - and then, if they recruit at the ESCP and if your job prospects at that specific firm would increase with the ESCP Master.

      Best wishes
      Thomas
