Instead, I recommend to follow a structured and strategic approach of (1) collecting information from this program, (2) from other programs, and then (3) comparing them.

How can such a strategic approach look like? My approach is: You IDENTIFY your goals with such a program (what benefits should it provide you with?) and you ANALYZE programs in a multi-source way (not only via the website but also via students, alumni etc.).
