The BI Norwegian School of Management tries to implement a strong sense of academic freedom in their students, teaching them social responsibility with keeping open-minded and solemn when encountering different oppinions, be that at the university itself or in any other part of their lives. Professionality and keeping ethical values are also main elements which the university promotes, wanting the students to gain a strong foundation for their further careers in leadership, be that nationally or internationally.
