What is your backround?
Before the MSc, I studied the ESADE BBA, spent some time in Strategic Planning for Danone in Amsterdam and then went to San Diego on Erasmus. I wanted to come home to Barcelona, so ESADE was the perfect school for me.
Why this Master in Marketing Management?
I decided to study the Master in Marketing Management at ESADE because I wanted to create stories that emotional for people and that will connect with them. Marketing is essentially creating a story around a product or service to make it more attractive to consumers; I am a blogger and have written my first book about Personal Branding. This master was the perfect way to bring all my passions together.
Why ESADE?
I am from Barcelona and ESADE has always been the best school in this city. I always dreamed of studying there and as it become more and more international, it made perfect sense for me. Also Barcelona is an amazing city to study Marketing as there are so many companies to visit and learn from here.
What was the experience whilst studying this program?
The Master in Marketing allows all of the students to connect with the professors that are professionals in the marketing field. They are also entrepreneurs, they launched their own marketing companies and that’s interesting because you get to speak to them and ask them for advice.
What were the main benefits of this Master for you?
The most important part for me was being able to see what the day to day life of someone working in the different marketing roles is like. We had a really close connection to companies and professionals in the industry, so I could see first-hand the areas I wanted to focus on and what the role would involve.
What are you doing now?
I currently work as Project Manager en CookieBox. As a company it combines all the things that interest me: art, management and technology. Technology is becoming more and more a part of our lives, but I still believe in stories, emotions and of course, art.
