it depends on what you mean with "best". It depends on your criteria. Therefore, I suggest that you re-frame your question into "Which is the best Master in Management - EMYlon or EDHEC - for me?"
Have you reflected and defined your criteria already?

Hello,
my personal recommendation is:
If you want to specialize in finance, go for a Master in Finance - not for a Masster in Management. Why? Because the Master in Management is a general management program and does not specialize you.
If you want to find out, which program to choose, translate the question "What's the best school?" into "What's the best school for me?". Then first reflect your career goals for the time after your graduation (target industry, employers, positions) and second find out which school/program helps you reach these goals the most.

Hi all,
Here is my situation:
I am currently in my last year of BSc Economics and Management.
I am admissible for the:
- MSc Management -Programme Grande Ecole at EM Lyon
- MSc Management -Programme Grande Ecole at Skema
And I am waiting for a decision from EDHEC for the same kind of master as well.
In French rankings, the distinction seems pretty obvious: EM Lyon 1st, EDHEC 2nd, Skema 3rd.
However, my desire is to specialise in Finance, and more precisely in Corporate Finance, as I aspire for a role in M&A.
Looking at the FT ranking (finance), EDHEC seems to be the best choice (3rd worldwide), then Skema (5th), far above EM Lyon (+30th).
According to the QS or TimesHigherEducation, EM Lyon is the best ranked.
So here is the dilemma...
Are all rankings reliable? Which school/programme would be the best call for what I want to do?
