i am pretty satisfied with their answer. After getting the response i think the overall review of the university and the program is good. And also they replied me that they will help me in getting a visa for upto 12 months of stay in netherlands so that i can find a job in netherlands.

sir in reply to the questions you have suggested i got the reply from their side as follows:-

"We have a great number of international students form all over the world.
There are students who find a job in the Netherlands. The University also offers career fairs, here you can find some information about the career event that was held this year and the companies that were present there:

Fine. One final recommendation; Ask the school to bring you in contact with

        • a curent student
        • an alumn (ex student)

and talk to them. Maybe they can give you some additional advices that the admissions people can not give you. For example, they can tell you how they like the program and what they don't like. They can speak about their experiences in the beginning of the program and how that changed overtime. etc.

        Good luck
        Thomas

If you like the MIM COMPASS I would be happy if you could drop the name at the VU. Maybe they would like to dress up their profile page on my site.

So, what do you think about this answer? Does this answer make you satisfied? Did the school do a great job to take you serious and provide you - in a customer friendly way - with the required information? How does this affect your view on this school?

        Best wishes
        Thomas

      Hi there,

thank you for your question. I have to admit that I don't know the VU Amsterdam very well. While reading the Rankings list on their website my gut feeling is that they are well established in The Netherlands butnot necessarily outside. But I may be wrong.

My recommendation is: Contact the admissions people of the MSc in Business Administration Financial Management and ask them about their classes (you may also find information on these statistics on the VU website, on the faculty page).

      • How international are their students?
      • Where do the students find a job afterwards?
      • Does the school has experience with students from your country and with placing students from your country?
      • Which companies come to campus? Is this a selection of firms where you would consider working later in?

      Best wishes
      Thomas
