I have the choice between the masters in management at Rotterdam school of management, Erasmus University and also the masters in management at University of Sydney Business School. Which course is more valuable? I am in great confusion. Also, I'm not sure about the job prospectives in Netherlands. Advice please?

have you read my eBook "Business Masters: How you find the best Master in Management or MBA already"? I guess not - otherwise, you wouldn't be in a confusion.
In a nutshell: You have to translate your question "Which course provides more value?" into "Which course provides more value for me?". This is the starting point for everything. For some people, the RSM program may be better, depening on their profile and career goals - while for others the Sydney program may be better.
Read my eBook carefully first. It wil help you (1) clarify the important dimensions of your career goals, (2) analyze both programs as to the degree they mach yoru career goals, and (3) gives you tools how you can find out about your career perspectives after the programs.
Then feel free to come back with your questions here.
