here is the logic:
If you are interested in general management education, both the MIM and the MBA are the right programs.
If you several years of work experience, you target an MBA. In our MBA-MIM article you find the reasons why.

I’m currently working in the construction industry for about 4 years now. Throughout the 4 years journey, I feel disconnected with my current profession. I have been meaning to find a path to shift my career. I have plans to further study and after some research been made, I encountered with the master in management course which something i wanted to do, able to explore options in other parts of career. Currently, I’m not sure whehter MIM or MBA would be suitable to me since I have 4 years experience now. I don’t have much of business management basics. I’m in a complete different line. Hope anybody can advice me or suggest me in this matter. Thank you in advance!
