business schools have different requirements regarding their MIM programs. Some focus strongly on the GPA (e.g. HEC Paris), others take also alternative criteria into account and weigh them equally with the GPA. In my survey The MIM - Entry Requirements for the Master in Management you find the admissions criteria of 53 business schools and their selection focus. Here you can see which schools/programs fit your profile.

Hi. I have a low gpa of 3.6 out of 4. My IELTS score is 7.0. I am also pursuing CA and I have completed 3 years of Internship as part of my CA course and currently working in a good company and have around 1.5 years of experience in Finance in the same company. I am going to take GMAT in March. What are my chances of getting in a decent MIM Programme?

I cannot help you when it comes to entry criteria for specialized masters. I that case, I suggest that you
(1) Read the criteria on the schools websites.(2) Contact admissions managers from both institutions (online or on a fair) and ask them.(3) get in contact with a current student of both programs and ask them.
