Hi there,
in general, letters of motivation follow similar guidelines, no matter if you apply for a bachelor program, a master, or a job. In your case, I would go for the following framework:
Address: Dear ___
Brief personal introduction and intention: My name is... I am interested in the ... Master in Management next year".
Paragraph about your prior experience: I have studied ... and I have experience in...
Paragraph including
- why a Master is your next step (future intention): I intend to to the Master because I want to do... in the future.
- why the school should choose you: Because of my prior experience in and of my knowledge in .. I think I could add value to the program and my class fellows.
Final sentence: I would be happy if my application would become accepted...
Best wishes
Thomas
