low gmat score of 560

Hey,
I got a low gmat score of 560. I have 16 months of full time experience as system engineer in IBM, India. Also have received eminence award at work and have participated in extra curricular activities as well. Do i hold any chance of getting into MISM programme of Heinz, Carnegie Mellon University ?
