Enquiry regarding MBA/MIM - Profile Evaluation

I am a Chartered Accountant Student from India. I have just one Group pending in my CA Examinations, for which I will be giving exams this November and will be getting results & shall qualify as a Chartered Accountant in January 2014.

I also have B Com - First Class through distant education. Since i had to undergo 3.5 years o Full time internship for CA i couldnt pursue B Com through college.

I am planning to apply for Fall 2014 MIM Programs ( 1 year program ) in HEC or LBS or some top ranked B School.

Wish to know, since I will be qualifying as a Chartered Accountant only in 2014., and I have to apply for MIM this Sep after i get my GMAT Scores, Will I still be eligible to apply and are ther good chances of me getting selected and being awarded a schorlarship ?

      Hi there,

thank you for your question. If you have a first academic degree you are eligible. However, your chances to become accepted or even your chances for a scholarship depend on many things: your grades in your undergrads, your GMAT score, your essays, the competition (the other applications) etc. I recommend having a look closer on the admissions criteria from LBS and HEC and contact the schools' admissions teams if you have doubts.

      Best wishes
      Thomas
