Why did I decide to do the Masters in Management (MIM)?
I decided early in my career to pursue a management degree, I had a total of two years of work experience when I decided to look for management schools. As a science student and an engineering graduate, I had gone through a academia rigor, which stimulated my analytical abilities but it is only when I got in corporate world that I realized apart from academia rigor knowledge of business know how and interpersonal soft skills such as negotiations, entrepreneurship in corporate setup and ability to communicate seamlessly across all are vital part for climbing ladder of growth. And hence my decision to pursue a business degree.
Why did I decide on the IE Business School?
When deciding for schools I was looking out for parameters like a globally ranked school, school which offers diversity, inculcates entrepreneurship and teaching pedagogies are simulative. I had shortlisted a few schools for masters in management but IE Business was ten on ten for all the parameters and Madrid as city is melting point of culture, commerce and trade of Europe. There was no looking further.

How did you profit from it afterwards?
IE is global brand, which corporates recognize and respect. I worked in family business for some time before deciding to go for my second masters in applied finance.
