"The Masters in Financial Management programme offers a highly efficient combination of key business fundamentals, “soft” skills, and lots of networking opportunities.

I found the classroom discussions to be truly unique. The format of two-way interaction between professor and students makes the year at Vlerick all the more enriching. Many of the professors have an impressive track record and a lot of experience in the financial industry. Their passion for their respective subjects made them challenge our fundamental structures in finance, always pointing out the difference between theory and how it is done in reality.

One of the highlights of the programme was definitely the London study trip. This trip helped many of us not only to understand how financial institutions work, but also to create a network and be invited for interviews with some of the most important players in the financial markets. It actually also made us realise that as an MFM student you fit many corporate profiles, ranging from investment banking to consulting and auditing.

All of this, together with the multicultural composition of our class, contributed to changing most of my fundamental viewpoints on finance, the world and myself."
