The LL.M. programme offers insights not only into classic matters of Global Business Law but into future topics of the digital age. The interdisciplinary approach gives students a sound and comprehensive understanding of matters relevant to Global Business Law. Students will benefit from the synergies between Germany’s youngest law faculty and one of the countries top-tier business faculty.

Hold a university entrance qualification and a Bachelor‘s degree or equivalent with 240 ECTS credits (Applicants with fewer ECTS credits can qualify for up to 60 ECTS credits from previous working experience)

As we have a rolling admissions process, we encourage our applicants to apply early. We offer several dates during the whole year for our Master Selection Day. You will find the current application deadlines on our website.

Application Procedure

To take part in the Master Selection Process, you are required to submit the following documents:

  • Hold a Bachelor´s degree or equivalent with a minimum of 240 ECTS credits
  • Possess sufficient knowledge of methods and jurisprudence in the case of not holding a
  • Law-related degree (having done law-related courses that sum up to at least 30 ECTS)
  • TOEFL, IELTS or equivalent

Master Selection Day

If your application documents meet our admission requirements, we will invite you to take part in the Master Selection Interview, which is held either on campus or via video conference.

The interview consists of a 50-minute verbal interview, during which your motivation, social competence and communication skills will be assessed.
