Students from the EBS Master of Science (MSc) in Management acquire deep insights into strategic management. Additionally, they are able to choose from a wide range of attractive specialisms that equip them with further specialist knowledge and competencies. With a cross-sector qualification they are well prepared for a successful career in organizations of all shapes and sizes and across all industry sectors.
Graduates from this programme are very often the ideal candidate for interim management. At medium-sized and other industrial companies they will be able to take on management responsibility at a very early stage. Beyond this, there is a wide spectrum of career opportunities open to them in the consulting business, in traditional external consulting services, in-house consulting, and at professional service firms. EBS graduates are in great demand at all the major consulting companies.
Basis programme structure
International experience can be gained during the compulsory semester abroad. Learning about international research approaches and teaching methods as well as strengthening intercultural competence are at the focus of this semester.
In addition to the EBS Master of Science degree, students who spend two semesters abroad also have the opportunity to earn a specialist Master's degree or an MBA at one of our partner universities.

Tuition fees for the Master in Management programme are 7,950 Euros each semester.
We try to allow excellent candidates access to our studies, regardless of their economic situation. Decisive factors here are performance, motivation and personality. |Length||The Master in Management programme comprise three semesters (18 months). The first two semesters are spent at EBS and the third semester is completed at one of EBS partner universities abroad.|
