ESMT MIM 2017: Students can now choose among two streams and four specializations

Published: 30 January 2017 | by Thomas Graf

From September 2017 onwards, the ESMT Master’s in Management offers two streams. After a first phase of core courses such as Strategy, Financing or Decision-making, students can either choose the Innovation Management or the Quantitative Business track. Depending on the stream, students choose one out of four specializations:

  • Business Analytics: Data Science and Data Mining, Advanced Decision Analysis, Spreadsheet Modeling, Predictive Analytics
  • Finance & Investments: International Finance & Risk Management, Entrepreneurial Finance and FinTech, Valuating Companies
  • Entrepreneurship & Innovation: Innovation and New Product Management, The Human Factor of Innovation, Design Thinking
  • Global & Digital Strategy: Understanding Global Challenges, Digital Disruption & Business Models, Digital Marketing

"With this double-track system and particularly the Innovation Track, we open our Master’s in Management also to graduates from academic backgrounds other than business or engineering", says MIM program director Nick Barniville.

Interested students can apply from now onward.
