PG diploma in Project Management

Hii..
I have a n experience of 1 yr. I opting for a PG Diploma course in Project Management in Canada.
I need to understand, is it worth comparing to Master for getting a job later?

Hi there,
it is difficult to answer this question at this stage. It really depends....
In general, my impression is that employers rank maste degrees higher than diplomas. But this may be different in your specific case - for instance, if the school that grants that diploma has a great reputation. Imagine you do a diploma at Yale and compare it with a Master at a no name school... which one would be recognized more?
It also may be different if the school has regional contacts to empolyers. In other words, if many employers know the school and this specific project management course.
But again: In general - that is if we ignore the school's reputation or network - then a master should be preferred by employers as it ususally transfers deeper knowledge.
