      Hi there,

thank you for your question. I recommend to re-phrase the question from "Which is better" to "Which is better for you". This forces you to think more about your own preferences and which school or program fulfills them most.

One way to approach this is the company network of the schools. For example, you can screen the websites of the schools or simply ask them for statistics on employers that come to campus to recruit MIM graduates. Which companies? From which countries? Which positions? Are these the firms you want to work for? I am sure that ESSEC and ESCP differ in this respect.

The other question is where you want to work later on. If you want to work in France, then doing a MIM in France may be helpful (e.g., the MIM of ESCP in Paris and the program from ESSEC in Paris). If you want to work in Germany or Eastern Europe, maybe the ESCP programs in Berlin are better suited. If you want to work in another country just after graduating, it would be good to contact employers in your target country and whether they know and recruit from these schools.

Next, a good advice is also to visit the campuses personally and find out where you feel more comfortable and better treated - and where you eventually want to spend a year of your valuable lifetime.

Finally, if you have still doubts you can ask the school to bring you in contact with current or ex students and call them via skype for instance. This would give you another perspective.

      Best wishes
      Thomas
