GMAT vs GRE

Published: 3 July 2017 | by Thomas Graf

25 percent of admissions officers say that applicants who submit a GMAT score have an admissions advantage over applicants who submit a GRE score. Only 2 percent see the same advantage on the side of GRE-takers.

This is a result of a recent KAPLAN-survey among 222 business schools from the US and the UK. Though more and more schools offer the GRE as an alternative test to the GMAT, hence, doing the GMAT may still be preferable to the GRE.
