Description:

This course offers you the opportunity to develop a critical understanding of how management and organizations are responding to a changing and increasing globalised economic and cultural environment, and how you might contribute to their success.

Graduates from this programme are in high demand and currently work at places like the British Council, Cabinet Office and Ministry of Defence, or companies like Accenture, Cadbury, Deloitte & Touche LLP, Deutsche Bank, Ernst & Young and KPMG. This programme also develops academic skills; a few alumni have gone onto further study or teaching at universities like Oxford and Cambridge.

As a result, competition for places is very strong.

Tuition fees:

The fees for 2011 are £9,500 (UK/EU) and £16,500 (Overseas). There are four scholarships of £5000 and 18 of £2,500, available to UK and EU students, across the 3 MA programmes.

Applications for September 2011 entry can be made online; we advise applicants to apply as early as possible. There is no official deadline for applications as we operate a rolling admissions system

Application procedure:

The requirements for this course are a first or good upper-second class honours degree from a UK university, or an equivalent qualification from an overseas university. Preference is given to graduates with a related social science or business first degree. In addition, if English is not your first language you will be required to provide evidence of your English language ability. This course requires a minimum IELTS score of 7.0.
