Description:

The MSc Organisational Change and Consulting capitalises on two irreversible societal trends. First, as organisations must transform themselves to cope with economic upheaval and social and technological innovation, the demands on managers to act as change agents are sharply on the rise.

Second, due to downscoping, rightsizing and outsourcing, organisations are increasingly locked into their current work routines, implying they must lean more heavily on professional knowledge workers to help them improve and maintain the quality of their changing strategy and operations. This programme equips you with the insights and skills to become one of those professional knowledge workers.

Our graduates are individuals who combine intellectual curiosity about the nature of modern, complex organisations with practical entrepreneurial skills geared towards changing such social systems.

KEY FEATURES OF THE MSc IN ORGANISATIONAL CHANGE & CONSULTING
