This comprehensive course gives you a thorough understanding of the full range of quantitative methods needed for financial decision-making, and allows you to follow one of two expert pathways in either financial engineering or risk management.

Core modules
Foundations of Finance Theory; Stochastic Calculus; Financial Econometrics. Specifically for Financial Engineering: Scientific Computing; Derivative Securities; Interest Rate Derivatives; Computational Finance. Specifically for Risk Management: Martingales with Applications to Finance; Portfolio Investment; Credit Risk Management; Generalised Linear Models and Survival Analysis.

Optional modules
Specifically for Financial Engineering: Mathematical Modelling of Finance; Real Options in Corporate Finance; Credit Risk Management. Specifically for Risk Management: Interest Rate Derivatives; Decision Analysis and Performance Measurement; Simulation and Risk Analysis.
