Verena Fritzsche, Kuehne University (The KLU)

15,000 euros, that is 7,500 euros per year. We charge a non-refundable fee of € 100 for processing your application. This fee will, of course, count towards your overall tuition fee.

We accept applications year-round. The application deadline for the program starting in September is March 31 for the first round and June 30 for the second round of the intake year. We recommend submitting applications as early as possible.

Documents needed for application

When appyling for the MSc program in Global Logistics, you should mail the following documents to us in one envelope:

  • Completed application form incl. statement of purpose (2 essay questions)
  • Copy of your first degree certificate
  • Copy of university transcript of records
  • Two letters of recommendation from academic referees or industry professionals
  • Proof of your proficiency in English /Copy of TOEFL or IELTS score (if applicable). Please select the institution code 7373 of the Kühne Logistics University when taking the TOEFL test
  • Curriculum Vitae / Resume (KLU standard form)
  • Copies of the original documents and officially certified translations into English

Requirements for admission

  • Required is a bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a recognized university or college in Germany or abroad and an excellent academic record. The required bachelor’s degree will usually be in business or economics. Other fields such as industrial engineering, business informatics or mathematics will be considered if your bachelor’s degree consists of a sufficient number (at least four) and a variety of courses in the field of business administration or business economics.
  • Very good level of spoken and written English TOEFL (550/213/79) or IELTS (band 6.5) or equivalent
  • Strong academic abilities - usually proven by a rank in the top third of your university (for graduates of foreign degree programs)
