HHL’s full.-time M.Sc. Program contains a broad spectrum of management-related topics that will enable you to develop solution strategies for a variety of problems that may arise in different fields of business. You will find that our practice-oriented academic education is ideally suited to the challenges faced by global businesses. Furthermore, we are strongly focused on the individual needs of our students. Our graduates confirm the success of our concept with their achievements. The M.Sc. program is based on the following:

Leadership perspective – the promotion of leadership qualities and the development of soft skills are part of HHL’s curriculum

Integrated management - Communication and conflict management skills along with the ability to work effectively in a team are imperative for a top manager. Various courses requiring and stimulating cooperation are mandatory for all HHL students.

Combination of theory and practice – at HHL theory and state-of-the art research becomes tangible through case studies, field (consulting) projects, and courses taught by business experts.

International experience – the MSc program includes a compulsory term abroad at one of our 100 partner universities. This not only deepens your knowledge and global perspective but also broadens your personal and professional network.

Double degree - Master in Management (MiM) students can also opt for a double degree.

English

The tuition fees for the all-English flexible 18-24 month Master of Science Program at HHL amount to 25,000 €. For German tax payers this fee is tax deductable.

Financial Aid

The HHL offers scholarships and loan programs. Among the most interesting scholarships are the four HHL's Scholarships for Effective and Responsible Leadership. Each of these scholarships provides you with a tuition fee reduction of 15,000 € - for those who start the Master in Management in March or September 2012.

September, March

The program starts in September of each year and lasts for 18 months. Due to the flexible structure up to two optional internships can be integrated into the program thus extending it to 21 months or 24 months respectively. The program costs remain the same. Starting in 2012, we will start the program in March and September of each year. A mandatory internship as well as a mandatory study abroad term are included in the program which lasts 21 to 24 months.

The application deadline is June 20 for the program start in September of the same year. The application deadline for the March intake is January 15.

• Certified copy of Bachelor degree or recent statement of grades

• Certified copy of High School degree (Abitur)
• Certification of no less than 3 months relevant practical experience*
• GMAT* and TOEFL*
• Motivation letter (maximum one page)
• Proof of skills in a second foreign language*
