The ESCP Europe Master in Management (MIM) was ranked number 1 in the Financial Times Master in Management Ranking 2010. Based on 5 European campuses in Paris, London, Berlin, Madrid and Torino, the ESCP Master degree program aims to combine 3 dimensions:

  • Academic excellence, recognized in all the rankings as such, and based on the academic qualifications and skills of the ESCP Europe faculty - please consult the Financial Times international rankings;
  • Learning through practice with field-projects and in-company internships: most students have no company experience when they join the programme... and an average professional experience of 16-months when they graduate;
  • Intercultural skills, based on the strong national diversity of the ESCP Europe’s students and its study tracks in 2 or 3 countries on 5 campuses and through 60 exchange programmes on the 5 continents.

Withe the Master in Management ESCP pursues to help students to:

  • Develop excellent knowledge of management topics and the business world, through core courses and advanced courses chosen from among 140 electives and 20 specialisations, enabling each graduate to design a custom curriculum and specific expertise;
  • Build and test their own career project: through in-company experience and specialised courses, ESCP Europe’s students explore career options so as to progressively define their own project;
  • Be able to take on major responsibilities in tomorrow’s economic environment by developing a personal vision of the globalised economy through courses in economics, law, humanities, social sciences and foreign languages;
  • Strengthen their ability to live and work in a multicultural and international environment, which leads about 45% of the ESCP Europe’s graduates to choose a first job outside their country of origin;
  • Enjoy the urban student life in the ESCP 5 city-centre European campuses;

ESCP Europe’s students are able to earn several European degrees. As a consequence, graduates find jobs all over Europe and on other continents, in all industries (consulting, banking, industry, services), with an average starting salary of 46K€ and 52K€ after three years.

ESCP Europe offers a 2-part curriculum:

  • The MIM ESCP pre-Master year
    The pre-Master year is devoted to mastering the fundamentals of management and basic topics helping to understand the economic environment. The pre-Master year combines core courses, language courses, interdisciplinary projects, and an internship.
  • The MIM ESCP Master course
    The Master course comprises four semesters of study. Participants can take between two and four years to complete the course including possible gap semesters for work experience. The Master course is designed to enable each student to determine his/her career goals and acquire the necessary knowledge, skills and experience to achieve them. The ESCP Europe Master course consists of core courses, elective courses (over 140 courses to choose from - 15-hour or 30-hour formats), a specialisation among 20 offered, language courses, a research project, and internships.
