The MSc in Management was ranked #2 in the UK by The Financial Times Masters in Management ranking September 2009. This follows on from the 2008 award of accreditation by the Association of MBAs (AMBA) under their Masters in Business Management (MBM) accreditation scheme. These two distinctions demonstrate that the MSc in Management is academically rigourous whilst also being highly relevant to the needs of employers and helps launch Cass graduates into successful careers around the world.

The course is based on an MBA style curriculum and is academically rigorous without neglecting the applied, practical aspects of management education. Students come from a variety of backgrounds and blend seamlessly in the unique Cass environment which fosters learning, team work and collaboration. The programme equips students with both the foundations of business management and the most advanced tools and theories which often come directly from the research of the School's world renowned faculty. Students also have the option to tailor the programme by specialising in Strategic Management, Marketing, Entrepreneurship or Internal Auditing. Several electives are offered alongside a business project and International Trip which acts as a capstone to students’ experience. Graduates of the programme start careers in a variety of industries with the common learning outcome of understanding how all businesses run successfully.
