Description: |
The Ashridge Masters in Sustainability and Responsibility is for people who want to play a part in helping businesses and other organisations become both responsible and successful. It will challenge and support you to engage with the growing international debate and practice about sustainability, business and organisational responsibility.
This programme is a result of the conviction at Ashridge that leaders of both the present and the future, in business and the community will need to engage with the challenge we call ‘sustainability’, and in a way that recognises social as well as ecological justice. The programme is a journey of self-discovery, evolving and providing the role of change of the future. It is designed to enable you to take more effective action in the areas of sustainability and responsibility that concern you the most personally and professionally. The programme creates genuinely transformational learning. This is quite a claim, but having worked with over 350 alumni from around the world for nearly 15 years, we know the very significant impacts they are now having on their communities, organisations and industries. Throughout the journey, participants use this programme to make meaningful and lasting shifts in their ability to act effectively as leaders, change agents, pioneers and provocateurs within their chosen fields. Participants will grapple with leading edge theory, best practice, and ask deep questions of themselves and others in service of the work they really want to develop in their world. The result is a learning approach that makes genuine shifts in confidence, understanding and the ability to respond through work to the key challenges of our time. Programme outcomes:
